To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

The hygiene sticker and swing tags must still be intact.

Your exchange request must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the hygiene sticker has been removed, unfortunately we canβt accept the return.

How to Submit an Exchange
Send an email to support@saltandsavanna.co.za with the subject line:

Please include all of the following details in your message:

After You Email Us

Weβll reply within 48 hours to confirm your request and provide the return address.

Once your item is received and inspected, weβll send your new size or issue a store credit to the value of your item.
