Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our Cape Town studio and do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note that during new launches, sales, or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Courier & Delivery
All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy (or an equivalent trusted courier service).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier schedule:

Main city centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders over R1300 within South Africa

Flat rate: R99 for orders under R1300
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery Notes

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel during working hours.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, Salt & Savanna cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit — but we’ll always help you liaise with the courier if needed.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 business days, please email support@saltandsavanna.co.za and we’ll assist you right away.
