All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Once an order is placed, pricing is final and cannot be adjusted retrospectively.
5. Payment
We accept major payment methods available through our secure payment gateway.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely — Salt & Savanna does not store card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times vary based on location. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Salt & Savanna.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit to the value of your purchase for eligible returns, provided hygiene stickers and tags are intact.
