Refund policy
We hope you love your Salt & Savanna pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle exchanges and returns.
Strictly No Refunds on Sale Items
Please note that items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit to the value of the item purchased for eligible returns, provided:

The hygiene sticker and all swing tags are intact

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit to the value of the item purchased will be issued.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please email support@saltandsavanna.co.za with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the size or item you’d like to exchange for.
No Returns on Worn Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms, one-pieces, or any items where the hygiene sticker has been removed or the garment has been worn.
If a hygiene sticker has been tampered with or removed, the item will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item or a product that is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is found to be defective.
Send an email to support@saltandsavanna.co.za including your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Free shipping promotions apply only to outbound orders, not returns or exchanges.

If your return is due to a fault or incorrect order, Salt & Savanna will cover return shipping costs.
Additional Information

Colours may vary slightly between website photos and actual products due to lighting or screen differences.

Every bikini is hand dyed and hand cut; therefore, patterns are not identical on each piece.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated above.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
